Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose and application
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes conduct standards for visitors, members, advertisers, and authorized administrators using beewip.com. Beewip operates the website from Puerto Rico. The policy applies to accounts, campaigns, destinations, task participation, content, support communications, payments, and access to administrative functions. It supplements the Terms of Service and the more specific Advertiser Terms, Rewards Terms, and Traffic Quality Policy. A Free plan, paid subscription, promotional offer, or administrative role does not authorize unlawful conduct or remove protections for other users.
2. Lawful purposes and authority
Use the service only for lawful purposes and with the permissions required for the action you request. You must be entitled to use the account, payment method, domain, trademark, and content involved. Do not claim to represent another business without authority or use a public destination URL to imply an affiliation that does not exist. You remain responsible for the laws and third-party policies applicable to your own product, audience, and promotional activity. Beewip's acceptance of a campaign does not supply a business license, replace professional authorization, or establish that every jurisdiction permits the advertised offer.
3. Deception, impersonation, and fraud
Do not impersonate Beewip staff, another member, a provider, a government office, or an unrelated business. False support messages, fabricated receipts, counterfeit identities, deceptive refund requests, and misrepresentations about payment confirmation are prohibited. Do not promise guaranteed income, a nonexistent cash withdrawal function, or verified customers when the service supplies internal credits and promotional activity. Offers must clearly disclose material conditions and must not conceal charges or recurring commitments. You must not use a campaign or support exchange to trick someone into sharing a password, authentication token, recovery code, complete card details, or other protected access information.
4. Malware and harmful destinations
Do not submit or distribute malicious software, credential-harvesting pages, harmful scripts, unauthorized mining software, deceptive downloads, or destinations designed to compromise a device. Do not use redirects, cloaking, or conditional content to show reviewers a benign page while exposing members to prohibited material. A destination that changes after approval remains your responsibility if you control the campaign. Report a compromise promptly, pause the affected campaign where possible, and do not continue spending credits to circulate the harmful destination. Security concerns should be described through the contact form without distributing the harmful payload to unrelated users.
5. Unauthorized access and interference
Do not attempt to access another account, private record, restricted endpoint, or administrative function without authorization. Credential stuffing, password guessing, session theft, token reuse across users, privilege escalation, and bypass of origin or authentication checks are prohibited. Do not overload the service, disrupt another user's activity, or exploit a defect to alter a balance, legal acceptance, order, or campaign status. An administrative permission to manage business settings is not permission to disable essential protections or manufacture a transaction. If you discover a possible vulnerability, avoid exposing data and report the minimum information reasonably needed to investigate.
6. Automation and manipulation
Bots, scripted task completion, fabricated events, account farms, and coordinated artificial participation are prohibited when they misrepresent activity or bypass substantive conditions. Do not alter a task token, manipulate timing, replay a completed claim, or control multiple accounts to receive a one-time promotion repeatedly. An advertiser must not arrange deceptive self-dealing to manufacture rewards or apparent audience interest. Ordinary tools that support accessibility or legitimate account management are not automatically abusive, but they must not falsify participation, evade rate limits, or interfere with another user's access. Seek clarification when a proposed tool would affect the integrity of measured activity.
7. Intellectual property and content rights
Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, and other applicable rights. Do not upload, promote, copy, or redistribute material you are not entitled to use for the requested purpose. A destination being publicly reachable does not mean its brand, customer content, or images are available for unrestricted advertising use. Do not remove ownership notices, falsely claim authorship, or use another person's material to impersonate them. Rights complaints should identify the material or destination, explain the claimed right and lack of permission, and provide a way to respond. Do not submit a knowingly false complaint to suppress lawful competition or criticism.
8. Privacy, personal information, and harassment
Do not publish private personal information, collect credentials, harass a member, or use campaign activity to identify and retaliate against a participant. Avoid placing private customer data, sensitive records, or secret access values in campaign titles, public URLs, or ordinary support messages. Advertisers are not entitled to member passwords, private communications, or browsing histories. Respect lawful privacy choices and do not use a destination to force unrelated tracking or disclosure. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain Beewip's own practices; they do not authorize you to process someone else's information in a way that would otherwise be unlawful.
9. Prohibited unlawful or exploitative material
Do not promote unlawful goods or services, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, trafficking, credible threats, or instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing. Content involving children or vulnerable people requires particular care and must not exploit them or evade legal protections. Do not promote stolen financial information, counterfeit documents, fraud services, or unauthorized access tools for criminal use. Material whose legality depends on a license, age restriction, or geographic permission must not be presented as universally available without those limitations. Beewip may decline content it cannot safely or lawfully distribute, while evaluating restrictions according to the actual circumstances.
10. Third-party platforms and promotional integrity
Do not use Beewip to manipulate another service's advertising revenue, fabricate reviews, inflate a contest, evade an app marketplace's policies, or simulate independent endorsements. Confirm that a destination permits the incentivized activity you request. A task must not require a member to make a false statement or misrepresent the source of a visit. Beewip activity is not guaranteed to satisfy an external provider's measurement or approval standards. Respect destination access controls and do not require members to bypass them. The fact that a campaign can technically be submitted does not establish that its requested outcome is permitted or independently verifiable.
11. Payments, refunds, and credit accounting
Use only authorized payment methods and provide accurate transaction information. Do not forge confirmations, seek duplicate reimbursement, exploit a repeated notification to obtain extra credits, or describe a pending provider result as a completed payment. Promotional and earned allocations are not refundable purchased money. Good-faith requests for cancellation, a refund, an unauthorized-charge investigation, or a quality review are permitted and are not abusive simply because they question an account entry. The Billing Terms and Refund Policy explain the applicable process. Restrictions must not be used to defeat a mandatory payment or consumer right.
12. Reporting and cooperation
Use the contact form to report suspected abuse. Include the relevant account, campaign, task, destination, or order reference and a factual description. Do not send secret session values or expose unrelated people's personal information. Beewip may request proportionate clarification and review relevant platform records. Reports should be made in good faith; disagreement with an advertiser's business or a member's opinion does not alone establish a policy violation. We may limit disclosure of investigative details where necessary to protect privacy, preserve security, or comply with law, without representing an unverified allegation as a final finding.
13. Enforcement and opportunity to respond
Depending on the evidence and severity, Beewip may request a correction, reject content, pause a campaign, hold an affected pending allocation, revoke a compromised session, restrict an account, or terminate access for a material violation. Measures should be proportionate, especially when a temporary restriction can address the risk. Where appropriate and lawful, the affected user may receive an explanation and an opportunity to provide relevant information. Immediate protection can be necessary for credible security threats or serious unlawful material. An appeal may be submitted through support, but an appeal does not require Beewip to continue exposing other users to an unresolved significant risk.
14. Policy changes and legal protections
The laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law provide the operator's governing framework, subject to rights that cannot be waived. This policy does not create unlimited permission to monitor private activity outside Beewip or to impose arbitrary financial penalties. Material changes will be published with a new version and appropriate notice. A change does not retroactively fabricate a violation, erase a valid payment, or alter the factual record of an earlier event. When a proposed activity is unclear, seek guidance before submitting it rather than rely on the absence of an immediate technical block as permission.
