Billing and Subscription Terms
1. Operator and scope
These Billing and Subscription Terms govern paid plans, credit purchases, recurring subscriptions, payment confirmation, and related account billing on beewip.com. Beewip operates the website from Puerto Rico. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and should be read with the Refund Policy. They apply when a paid service is actually offered and you authorize the corresponding order. Reading a pricing page, maintaining a Free account, or receiving promotional credits does not itself authorize a charge, open a subscription, or establish a payment obligation for an unspecified future service.
2. Prices and order disclosures
Review the product, amount, currency, billing period, included allocation, and material conditions shown before confirming checkout. Prices are expressed in the currency identified for the order, ordinarily United States dollars. Applicable taxes or charges collected through the order must be disclosed before you authorize payment. Your bank or payment provider may separately apply a conversion rate or a fee under its own agreement with you. Do not assume a provider's fee is charged by Beewip. If the amount or billing period appears inconsistent with the offer you selected, stop before confirming payment and contact us for clarification.
3. Free access and promotional credits
Free access can include a one-time promotional allocation intended to let eligible accounts explore the platform. That allocation is not a cash payment, a purchased balance, or an authorization to charge a saved payment method. The amount and eligibility shown for the offer govern the allocation. Paid plan benefits are not automatically included simply because a Free account has credits available. Conversely, an administrative plan allowance does not create a verified payment record. A promotion's future availability may change prospectively, but changes must not be used to mislabel an existing promotional grant as a monetary purchase.
4. Supported payment providers
A purchase must use a provider actually enabled and presented for that order. Stripe may be offered for supported card or subscription checkout, and PayPal may be offered for supported purchases when configured. A provider being listed in an administrative console does not mean it is ready to accept payments or supports every product type. The payment provider handles the payment information and security checks required by its service. Beewip does not ask you to send complete card details, provider passwords, or authentication tokens through a support message. Provider terms and mandatory payment protections continue to apply to your use of that provider.
5. Authorization and confirmation
Only authorize a payment method you are entitled to use. An order can remain pending while the provider completes its process and Beewip receives the required confirmation. A browser return, approval page, screenshot, or editable dashboard value is not by itself proof of a completed charge. Paid benefits should be released after a matching provider confirmation establishes the relevant transaction, amount, currency, and account reference. Do not repeatedly submit another order simply because a confirmation is delayed. Retain your order reference, check the provider's actual status, and contact support if a completed payment does not appear correctly.
6. Credit purchases and allocations
Credit packages provide the internal service units stated for the selected order. They do not establish a cash deposit, a bank balance, an investment, or a right to withdraw money through the ordinary credit wallet. Credits associated with a paid plan are allocated under the entitlement presented for the applicable paid billing period and confirmed invoice. A longer billing period does not by itself establish an additional allocation beyond the amount actually offered. Welcome grants, earned credits, purchased credits, pending rewards, and reserved amounts can be accounted for separately. A ledger discrepancy should be investigated rather than resolved by inventing a payment.
7. Recurring subscriptions
A recurring subscription is created only where the checkout identifies the recurring price and period and you authorize that arrangement. Subject to applicable notice requirements and the agreement presented, renewal charges occur at the disclosed frequency until effective cancellation. A failed, incomplete, or abandoned checkout does not establish a successfully paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping the provider information needed for an authorized renewal current. Beewip will not treat acceptance of general website terms as consent to an undisclosed subscription, automatically turn a Free promotion into a paid renewal, or conceal a material change to a recurring charge.
8. Cancellation of future renewals
Use an available subscription cancellation control to request cancellation, and retain the resulting confirmation and effective date. Where the supported provider allows it, cancellation can be scheduled for the end of the current paid period, leaving access available until that period ends unless another legitimate restriction applies. If no working cancellation control is available for your subscription, submit a clear cancellation request through the contact form, identify the subscription, and keep the ticket reference. Request cancellation sufficiently before the next scheduled charge when reasonably possible. A lawful cancellation request will not be disregarded merely because a particular interface was unavailable.
9. Cancellation versus account closure
Signing out, clearing cookies, deleting a browser token, pausing a campaign, or requesting account closure does not by itself cancel a provider-side recurring payment. Request subscription cancellation expressly and verify its status. Cancellation stops future renewals according to its effective date; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period, reverse valid activity, or convert unused promotional credits into money. A refund may nevertheless be required by applicable law or appropriate under the published Refund Policy. Account closure and cancellation should be handled together when requested, while preserving records reasonably needed to reconcile the transaction and legal obligations.
10. Failed payments and interrupted service
If a renewal or purchase is declined, incomplete, reversed, or not confirmed, the related paid entitlement may remain unavailable, become past due, or be restricted pending resolution. We may notify you through available account or transactional channels. A pending status should not be represented as completed revenue, and a failed payment must not be used to allocate purchased credits as though funds had been received. Contact your payment provider when it requires authentication or reports a payment problem. Do not submit credentials to an advertiser, another member, or an unsolicited message claiming it can bypass a provider's verification process.
11. Changes to plans and billing arrangements
Beewip may add plans, change future offers, or adjust features and prices prospectively. A pricing-page update does not authorize a retroactive increase to a completed order or silently change a subscription's agreed charge. Material recurring changes require the notice, authorization, or cancellation opportunity required by applicable law and the provider arrangement. Upgrades, downgrades, credits for unused time, and prorated charges apply only when expressly offered and supported for the transaction. Do not assume that choosing a different plan automatically cancels an existing provider subscription or establishes a refund without confirmation of the actual change.
12. Refunds, disputes, and duplicate charges
For an unexpected or duplicate charge, first gather the order reference, provider transaction reference, amount, currency, and date. Submit the issue through the contact form without sending secret credentials or complete card details. We may compare provider status and local records to determine whether funds were captured once, more than once, or not at all. Eligible refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and required legal protections. Your right to contact a payment provider or pursue a legally available dispute is not waived. Beewip may protect a disputed allocation against duplicate use while the facts are reviewed.
13. Records and business account responsibilities
The account dashboard, provider receipt, and credit ledger describe different aspects of a transaction and should be read together. Contact us if a receipt or invoice needs a lawful correction; a correction must not fabricate a payment, change its actual currency, or remove evidence of the original event. Business customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and meeting obligations that apply to their own use of advertising services. Beewip will comply with collection or recordkeeping duties actually applicable to it, but does not promise that every tax treatment, exemption, or business deduction applies to every user or purchase.
14. Governing protections and policy changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer or payment protections. The responsibility, dispute, and limitation provisions of the Terms of Service remain subject to those protections. Material updates will identify a new version and will not silently replace the terms recorded for an earlier purchase. Contact support before paying if a feature, recurring period, cancellation method, or credit allocation is unclear. No term authorizes misleading pricing, an unauthorized charge, or a refusal to provide a remedy required by applicable law.
