Advertiser Terms
1. Application and advertiser responsibility
These Advertiser Terms govern campaign submissions, destination promotion, credit allocation, and related advertising activity on beewip.com. Beewip operates the website from Puerto Rico. These terms supplement the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Traffic Quality Policy. You are an advertiser when you submit or control a campaign, whether its credits were purchased, earned through eligible activity, or provided through a promotion. Using promotional credits does not remove your responsibility for the destination, statements, permissions, and campaign settings you choose.
2. Authority and destination rights
You must own the destination or have sufficient permission to promote it and use the material submitted with the campaign. Confirm that the landing page, domain, images, trademarks, descriptions, and offers can lawfully be used for the selected purpose. A third party's public URL does not automatically authorize you to represent that business or purchase activity attributed to its customers. Do not suggest that Beewip, an advertising network, an app marketplace, or a social platform endorses your destination unless you have a valid basis for that statement. You remain responsible for required licenses, disclosures, age restrictions, and permissions.
3. Nature of Beewip promotional activity
Beewip provides a platform for eligible promotional activity and internal advertising credits. Participating members can be incentivized with credits, so you must evaluate whether incentivized activity is appropriate for the destination you select. A recorded visit is not a purchase, a verified customer, a qualified lead, an independently audited impression, or a guarantee of sustained engagement. Neither a plan price nor a campaign approval establishes guaranteed sales, search-engine ranking improvements, external followers, installs, or revenue. Do not buy Beewip activity for a purpose that depends on misrepresenting its source or presenting incentivized visits as independent organic demand.
4. Campaign information and requested quantities
Provide an accurate campaign title, a reachable public HTTP or HTTPS destination, requested quantities, daily limits, and any category or targeting choices the interface permits. Do not insert login credentials, private network addresses, personal access tokens, or confidential customer data into a destination URL. Quantity and daily-limit selections express campaign parameters; they are not an unconditional guarantee of completion by a particular date. Availability can depend on funding, member participation, review status, targeting, and operational conditions. Confirm your settings before submission and promptly report a material mistake rather than attempt to conceal it through a misleading change to the destination.
5. Targeting and supported features
Only targeting methods actually available and accepted by the service form part of your campaign. A country, device, category, language, geographic radius, region, or city should not be treated as supported merely because the concept appears in a description or an administrator can store a setting. Some targeting depends on trustworthy infrastructure or an external service and can be unavailable until that dependency is configured and checked. A higher plan allowance does not remove those dependencies. Geographic signals and device classifications are technical indicators, not certifications of residence, nationality, personal identity, or the permanent location of every visitor.
6. Review, approval, and continued compliance
Beewip may inspect submitted destinations and campaign information before making a campaign available. Review can consider legality, accessibility, safety, accuracy, compatibility with platform rules, and evidence of abuse. Approval is limited to the campaign and destination presented; it is not a legal opinion, a permanent authorization, or a certification of the destination's entire business. You must maintain compliance throughout the campaign. Material destination changes, newly discovered harmful content, credible complaints, or a provider restriction can require another review, a pause, or rejection. Where appropriate, we may request clarification or a correction before allowing further activity.
7. Prohibited promotional practices
Do not promote phishing, malware, deceptive downloads, impersonation, stolen data, unlawful goods, or offers designed to mislead visitors about charges, cancellation, eligibility, or expected earnings. Do not use redirects, cloaking, location-based substitutions, or device-dependent pages to show reviewers a compliant page while exposing members to prohibited material. Campaigns must not require fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, click fraud, circumvention of another platform's policies, or disclosure of private account credentials. A request to manipulate another service remains prohibited even if a visitor voluntarily completes it or the advertiser describes it as a marketing experiment.
8. Funding and reserved credits
Campaign activity requires sufficient credits eligible for the relevant allocation. The wallet can distinguish available, purchased, earned, pending, and reserved amounts. A reservation protects a commitment to a campaign; it does not mean the amount has become cash or can be withdrawn. Do not create a new account, self-deal through related accounts, or manipulate balances to avoid a funding requirement. Eligible unused reservations may be released when the applicable campaign rules and accounting state permit. A pause or cancellation does not automatically create a cash refund, convert promotional credits into purchased credits, or erase a previously completed eligible activity.
9. Measurement and completion records
Beewip records activity according to the technical conditions of the supported campaign or task. Those conditions can include a server-issued session, the relevant account, an authorized state transition, and minimum elapsed time. A timer alone does not prove that a visitor watched a video, read a page, followed an external account, or completed a purchase. Reports can differ from your destination's analytics because systems measure different events, apply different filters, and use different attribution periods. Use platform reports to understand the service delivered, and investigate a meaningful discrepancy with supporting records rather than assuming every difference proves fraud.
10. Quality concerns and adjustments
Report suspected duplicate activity, unavailable destinations, unexpected delivery, or material accounting discrepancies through the contact form. Include the campaign identifier, relevant dates, affected quantity, and nonsecret supporting information. Beewip may compare platform logs, campaign status, credit entries, and available evidence, and may pause affected activity while reviewing a credible concern. Where an error is established, an appropriate remedy can include a ledger correction, replacement eligible activity, release of an unused reservation, or a refund assessed under the Refund Policy. An allegation alone does not justify fabricating a reversal or charging another party without evidence.
11. External platform and visitor obligations
You must check whether the destination operator permits the type of promotion you request. Do not direct Beewip traffic to manipulate pay-per-click earnings, evade an ad network's rules, inflate a contest, or simulate independent endorsement. Members remain free not to submit personal information, make a purchase, install software, or accept unrelated tracking. A destination must not exploit a visit to force those actions without clear lawful authorization. You are responsible for your own sales process, privacy notices, customer service, refunds, and product representations. Beewip's handling of its account information is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
12. Content permissions and confidentiality
You retain ownership of campaign material you lawfully provide and permit Beewip to display and process it to operate, review, and report on the requested campaign. That permission does not grant rights you do not possess or transfer ownership of your business. Do not submit material that requires Beewip to disclose private member information to you. Standard campaign reporting does not entitle an advertiser to member passwords, email lists, authentication tokens, or private browsing histories. Protect any nonpublic service information you legitimately receive, and do not combine it with other information to harass, identify, or retaliate against a participating member.
13. Campaign changes, remedies, and disputes
Changes to a campaign must be made through supported controls or an appropriate support request. Completed activity and verified financial records remain subject to their original facts and applicable terms. If a change materially alters the offer or requested action, Beewip may require another review rather than silently apply the new request to existing participation. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds are governed by the Billing Terms and Refund Policy. Applicable remedies and limitations in the Terms of Service remain subject to mandatory consumer protections, and no campaign rule authorizes deception, unauthorized charging, or denial of a legally required remedy.
14. Contact, changes, and governing framework
For campaign review questions or an appeal of a restriction, use the contact form, identify the campaign, explain the requested outcome, and provide relevant facts without sending credentials. We may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue and may maintain a proportionate restriction where an unresolved safety or legal concern remains. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, subject to nonwaivable rights. Material updates will be published as a new version; they do not retroactively manufacture delivery, alter a verified purchase, or erase an existing claim.
15. Authorized promotion formats and independent event evidence
Beewip may offer eligible website visits, discovery of social profiles or pages, promotion of an application listing, and viewing of video content on specifically authorized sites. A campaign owner selects the visit or viewing duration and provides an approved public destination. Website redirects and Beewip's browser measurements show what occurred within Beewip's service; they do not certify a conversion, a platform-recognized view, a social action, or an application installation. Where an advertiser chooses to supply signed server-side events, the advertiser is responsible for the security of its signing secret, the accuracy of the event and timestamp, the associated campaign and tracking identifier, and any disclosure or consent its own product must provide. Duplicate, mismatched, revoked, or unapproved events may not substantiate a reward.
Application campaigns are restricted to valid Google Play or Apple App Store listing URLs, with the app name, developer, public app identifier, description and functions accurately supplied by the advertiser. Installation is optional for a member and is not a paid condition for a visit reward. A first-open event may be recorded only as independently attributable information. An advertiser may not use a Beewip task to buy artificial store rankings, ratings, or reviews. Video sites must first be reviewed and expressly approved by Beewip; site owners can request review using the contact form. Sites that forbid incentivized or artificial viewing cannot be approved for that purpose by a Beewip label, and campaign owners remain responsible for their destination's applicable platform rules. Read the Traffic Quality Policy, Member & Rewards Terms, and Privacy Policy.
