Terms of Service
1. Operator, scope, and agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to beewip.com and the account, advertising, campaign, credit, and support services offered through that website. The website is operated by Beewip from Puerto Rico. References to “Beewip,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator; “you” refers to the person using the services or the organization that person is authorized to represent. Creating an account, affirmatively accepting these terms, or submitting an order subject to them establishes an agreement for the relevant service. Merely reading a public page does not authorize a payment, enroll you in a subscription, or constitute acceptance of undisclosed commercial obligations.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering the applicable agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to the transactions you initiate. Provide accurate account and billing information, use an email address you control, and correct material inaccuracies when you become aware of them. Email verification establishes control of an email address; it is not a government identity check, certification of financial standing, or endorsement of an advertiser. We may request proportionate clarification when account information, payment authorization, or the legality of a proposed campaign is reasonably in question.
3. Credentials and account security
Keep your password confidential, protect devices used to access your account, and do not distribute authentication tokens or authenticated browser sessions. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but reporting an unauthorized transaction does not waive rights provided by law or your payment provider. Use the available password and session controls and promptly report suspected compromise through the contact form. Beewip may revoke affected sessions, restrict suspicious actions, or request verification to protect accounts. An administrator's ability to access administrative tools does not authorize impersonation of customers, fabrication of financial activity, or avoidance of the verification rules applicable to actual payments and task results.
4. Nature of the services
Beewip provides tools for submitting eligible digital destinations, managing promotional campaigns, reviewing account activity, and using platform credits. Available functionality depends on the service actually enabled for your account and the plan or order you choose. A published description does not promise search-engine rankings, purchases, followers, app installations, advertising-network approval, or any particular commercial result. Some promotional activity is incentivized because members can receive platform credits for eligible participation. You must consider whether that type of activity is suitable for your destination and permitted by the policies of every third-party service involved.
5. Plans, features, and availability
The plan selection and checkout interfaces identify the price, billing period, credit allocation, and material limits offered for a transaction. Free access, paid access, and promotional allocations are distinct. Higher allowances do not remove destination review, security controls, legal restrictions, or the requirement for sufficient usable credits. Features dependent on an external provider are available only when that provider and the corresponding service are operating. We may maintain or improve the website and temporarily interrupt individual functions for maintenance or protection. Unless expressly agreed separately, no continuous-availability service level or guaranteed response time is included.
6. Credits and the account ledger
Credits are internal units used for eligible Beewip services. They are not deposits, securities, cryptocurrency, a stored cash account, or a promise to pay wages. Purchased credits, earned promotional credits, welcome credits, reserved amounts, and pending rewards may have different eligibility rules. A displayed total should be read together with the underlying transaction history and any reservation or review status. Welcome allocations are promotional and do not become purchased money merely because they appear in the same wallet. The ordinary credit wallet does not offer cash withdrawals. Transfers, resale, or redemption outside an expressly supported function are not authorized.
7. Campaign submission and delivery
You must control or have permission to promote the destination you submit and must accurately describe the requested activity. Campaigns can be reviewed, rejected, paused, or limited for legitimate safety, compliance, funding, or quality reasons. An initial approval does not authorize later substitution of a prohibited destination, deceptive redirect, malicious download, or materially different offer. Platform delivery records describe activity measured under the applicable campaign rules. They do not certify a visitor's attention, willingness to buy, identity, or conduct on another service. Review the Advertiser Terms and Traffic Quality Policy before allocating credits.
8. Member participation and rewards
Members may choose eligible activities that are actually offered to their account. Availability is not guaranteed, and participation does not establish employment, a salary, or a guaranteed source of income. A browser action or elapsed viewing period does not automatically establish that an external action was completed. Credits become usable only when the relevant platform conditions and checks are satisfied. Duplicate claims, automation, fabricated completion evidence, coordinated self-dealing, and interference with verification are prohibited. The Rewards Terms explain pending rewards, review, corrections, and restrictions on promotional allocations.
9. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payments require a supported checkout and authorization through the provider shown for the order. Entering information into a form, returning from a provider, or seeing a pending order is not by itself proof of a completed payment. Paid benefits are released only after the required confirmation. Recurring charges require disclosure of the recurring arrangement and the user's authorization. Cancellation and refund questions are governed by the Billing Terms and Refund Policy, subject always to mandatory rights. We will not treat these terms as authority to charge an undisclosed amount or to deny a remedy that applicable law requires.
10. Content, permissions, and intellectual property
You retain ownership of material you lawfully provide. You grant Beewip a nonexclusive permission to host, display, transmit, and process that material only as reasonably necessary to operate the requested service, moderate content, resolve disputes, and maintain required records. This permission does not transfer ownership of your brand or authorize unrelated sale of your private account content. You must have the rights needed for submitted names, images, links, and promotional statements. Beewip's software, visual identity, and website materials remain protected by their applicable rights. No account or subscription grants ownership of the platform or another user's material.
11. Conduct, privacy, and external destinations
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the rules of destinations you choose to promote or visit. Do not submit malware, deceptive offers, unlawful material, stolen information, or content designed to compromise another person's account. The Privacy Policy explains handling of account, campaign, payment-reference, and support information. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage. External destinations remain independent of Beewip. Their operators can apply their own terms, collect information, and change availability; campaign approval is not a guarantee of their honesty, security, or compliance.
12. Restrictions, suspension, and termination
We may apply proportionate restrictions when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, credible abuse, payment reversal, account compromise, or legal obligation. Where doing so would not compromise an investigation, expose someone to harm, or violate law, we will explain the material reason and provide an opportunity to contact us. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Closure does not itself cancel a provider-side subscription or erase outstanding lawful obligations; request cancellation separately and retain confirmation. Financial, legal-acceptance, and security records may remain where retention is reasonably necessary and lawful.
13. Corrections, responsibility, and liability
We will investigate reasonably documented errors in campaign accounting, verified payments, or credits. Corrections should reflect the underlying event rather than invent a purchase or erase an audit trail. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of commercial success or uninterrupted availability, and neither party is responsible for indirect lost opportunities that were not a foreseeable direct result of its breach. Subject to mandatory protections, Beewip's aggregate contractual liability for a claim is limited to the greater of fees you paid Beewip during the preceding twelve months or US$100. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
14. Claims, changes, and governing law
Send a description of a concern and relevant nonsecret references through the contact form so that we can investigate and seek a practical resolution. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data, or authentication tokens. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you. Competent courts in Puerto Rico may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory protections. Material changes will be published with a new version and appropriate notice; a new version does not silently rewrite a completed order or a previously recorded acceptance.
Email verification and incomplete registrations
New registrations accept email addresses only at gmail.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, icloud.com, zoho.com, mail.ru, yandex.com, yandex.ru, live.com, and msn.com. An address hosted on a personal, business, or other custom website domain is not eligible for a new registration, even when its mail is delivered by one of those providers. This requirement concerns the address domain, not the software used to read mail. Existing verified accounts are not silently deleted because the registration policy changes.
Submitting the registration form does not create an active platform account. You must receive the verification message and explicitly confirm the email address before registration is complete or a platform session is issued. Do not confirm a message for an account you did not request. An incomplete registration expires 72 hours after the original request. Resending a verification message changes the link but does not extend that deadline. Expired pending credentials are removed from the active registration store by the scheduled cleanup process, which runs every minute while the Beewip service is operating. A link past its deadline cannot activate an account even before that cleanup runs.
Registration and sign-in require a server-validated arithmetic challenge. Challenges use three- to five-digit operands, expire after five minutes, and may be used for only one attempt and one purpose. Beewip also records the connection IP for registration and authenticated sessions to investigate abuse and unauthorized access, as explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A correct math answer does not establish identity or replace email verification.
