Traffic Quality Policy
1. Purpose and scope
This Traffic Quality Policy explains the standards used to evaluate promotional activity, task participation, campaign reporting, and related credit accounting on beewip.com. Beewip operates the website from Puerto Rico. The policy supports the Advertiser Terms, Rewards Terms, and Acceptable Use Policy. Quality standards aim to reduce abuse and describe what a recorded activity means. They do not constitute a guarantee that every destination will obtain customers, that every visit is attentive, or that an external analytics provider will count the same events in the same way.
2. Incentivized activity and honest description
Beewip can allocate internal credits to eligible members who participate in supported promotional activities. That incentive is an important characteristic of the service and must not be concealed when evaluating whether traffic is appropriate for a destination. Advertisers must not describe such activity as independent customer demand, organic search traffic, or verified sales when those descriptions are not established. Members must not represent a claimed reward as proof of a purchase or endorsement. Terms such as “visit,” “task,” “completion,” and “credit” refer to the applicable platform process and should not be expanded into an unsupported promise about an independent business outcome.
3. Recorded visits and completion conditions
An activity is measured against the conditions supported for the campaign or task. These conditions can involve an eligible account, a task claim, a server-issued session, an allowed state transition, and a minimum elapsed period. Meeting a technical condition is not proof that someone read every word, watched an entire external video, bought a product, or became a loyal customer. A timer is particularly limited: it measures elapsed time, not comprehension or human intention. Beewip must not market an unverified external action as verified merely because a browser countdown ended or a request reached an endpoint.
4. Prohibited artificial activity
Bots, fabricated events, automated task completion, misleading session reuse, and manipulation of timing or account state are prohibited. Users must not generate activity through account farms, coordinated duplicate identities, or scripts that imitate participation without meeting the substantive conditions. Deliberate self-dealing that controls the campaign and participating accounts to manufacture a reward is also prohibited. Advertisers must not buy activity for a destination that forbids incentivized visits or requires independent customer intent when the campaign cannot establish that intent. These restrictions concern the actual conduct; changing a label to “testing” or “engagement” does not make deceptive activity acceptable.
5. Duplicate participation and account integrity
The platform can restrict repeated participation in a task and use account, session, and activity records to identify possible duplication. Shared networks and common device characteristics do not, by themselves, prove that several users are the same person. Quality decisions should consider the available evidence and the nature of the rule involved rather than assume every similarity establishes fraud. Conversely, using a different email address, browser, connection, or device does not make a duplicated claim legitimate. Do not lend an account, trade a session token, or ask another person to complete an activity while falsely attributing it to your own account.
6. Destination accessibility and consistency
Advertisers must maintain an accessible destination that matches the submitted description and complies with platform policies. Broken pages, persistent access errors, forced unrelated purchases, deceptive redirects, and malicious downloads can make a campaign unsuitable for continued delivery. A destination must not show reviewers one offer and members a materially different prohibited offer. If a temporary outage or change affects participation, the advertiser should pause the campaign through supported controls or report the issue. Members should report a problematic destination rather than invent successful completion or repeatedly attempt an action that cannot be safely completed.
7. Targeting and technical signals
Targeting is limited to the methods actually supported and enabled for the service. Network-derived location and device classification are technical signals, not guaranteed proof of a person's residence, identity, or permanent device characteristics. Some targeting can be unavailable unless reliable infrastructure or a relevant provider is configured. A plan allowance or stored administrative setting does not establish that the dependency is working. Where a campaign uses a supported restriction, delivery should be assessed against the applicable technical definition. Advertisers should not infer exact geographic precision, personally verified demographics, or external conversion attribution from a general targeting label.
8. Differences between measurement systems
Destination analytics and Beewip reports can differ because they measure different events, use different session boundaries, exclude different requests, or depend on browser settings and network conditions. An external system may reject or combine a visit that another system records separately. A meaningful discrepancy should be investigated with the campaign identifier, time period, relevant settings, and available nonsecret records. Neither a screenshot nor a single aggregate number automatically establishes the source of a discrepancy. Beewip does not promise agreement with every analytics vendor or guarantee that a third-party advertising network will accept a visit for its own billing or policy purposes.
9. Review, limitations, and evidence
Quality review may consider task claims, session expiration, completion timing, account status, ledger entries, destination availability, moderation history, and credible reports. Review can be automated, manual, or a combination of the two, depending on the feature actually operating. This policy does not claim that an unavailable fraud-detection integration is active or that all visitors undergo government identity verification. Beewip may request proportionate information from an affected account while avoiding unnecessary collection of sensitive personal data. Evidence should be relevant to the specific concern, and limitations in available evidence should not be misrepresented as a confirmed external result.
10. Temporary protective measures
Where a credible issue could affect safety, accounting, or continued delivery, Beewip may pause a campaign, restrict affected claims, hold a pending allocation, or prevent further use of a disputed amount while investigating. The measure should be proportionate to the issue and should not be presented as a final finding before the facts are established. A good-faith quality complaint does not alone establish abuse by the person making it. We may limit details when disclosure would expose private information or enable circumvention, while still providing an appropriate explanation and route to contact support.
11. Corrections and financial distinctions
When records establish a delivery or accounting error, a suitable correction can involve rejecting an ineligible claim, reversing an erroneous allocation with a traceable entry, releasing an unused reservation, or arranging replacement eligible activity. A credit adjustment is not automatically a cash refund. Promotional credits and purchased credits remain distinct, and an investigation must not invent a purchase or modify provider confirmation to make a report look complete. Refund requests involving actual paid orders are assessed under the Refund Policy. Completed valid activity is not invalidated merely because an advertiser later decides that the campaign did not produce the commercial result it hoped for.
12. Complaints and review requests
Submit a quality concern through the contact form. Include the campaign or task reference, approximate date and time, affected quantity, the specific condition at issue, and relevant supporting information. Do not submit passwords, authentication values, complete card details, or unrelated personal records. Where access to an external report is necessary, provide a proportionate extract or description instead of exposing an entire private account. Beewip may request clarification and will evaluate a credible review request against available records and the applicable policy. No user is guaranteed a preferred outcome simply by describing a result as invalid.
13. Privacy, external policies, and continuing obligations
Quality controls must be considered alongside the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These policies do not authorize advertisers to track individual members outside disclosed and lawful practices. Advertisers remain responsible for the policies of the destination and any advertising, analytics, app, or social service they use. Members remain responsible for truthful participation. Reporting and moderation cannot guarantee that every prohibited act is prevented, and campaign approval does not transfer an external provider's approval to Beewip. Use of the platform must remain honest even when a particular technical check is unavailable.
14. Updates and governing framework
Beewip may improve its quality controls and publish updated definitions or supported measurement methods. Material changes will be reflected in a new policy version and appropriate notices rather than silently applied to fabricate an earlier result. Rules governing a completed order, a recorded legal acceptance, or a substantiated correction remain subject to the relevant facts and mandatory law. The laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law provide the operator's governing framework without removing nonwaivable protections. Contact support before proceeding if the proposed activity depends on a result that the current verification process cannot establish.
