Rewards and Credits Terms
1. Scope and meaning of rewards
These Rewards and Credits Terms govern eligible member activities, welcome allocations, promotional credits, pending rewards, and the use of internal credits on beewip.com. Beewip operates the website from Puerto Rico. A “reward” in this service means an allocation of platform credits after applicable conditions are met; the word does not by itself mean cash, wages, investment returns, or a transferable financial asset. These terms supplement the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Traffic Quality Policy. Read them before choosing an activity or relying on a displayed credit amount.
2. Eligibility and voluntary participation
You must have a valid eligible account, be at least eighteen years old, and satisfy any account-verification conditions associated with the activity. Verification of an email address confirms control of that address and does not certify your identity for every purpose. Participation is voluntary, and no minimum quantity of available tasks, daily allocation, or future reward is guaranteed. Do not create extra accounts, borrow another person's account, or misrepresent eligibility to obtain another promotional grant. Administrative access or a commercial plan allowance does not authorize fabricated activity or bypass the evidence required for an eligible reward.
3. Welcome and promotional allocations
A Free plan or another published offer may include a one-time welcome allocation intended to let eligible users explore the advertising service. The amount and conditions displayed for the offer govern the applicable allocation. A welcome grant is not a recurring subscription entitlement unless that recurring entitlement is expressly offered. Promotional credits are not purchased funds and cannot be converted into cash through a refund request. A single eligible account cannot repeatedly receive the same one-time offer by changing its profile, signing out, resetting a password, or making another registration under a different email address.
4. Activity instructions and informed choice
Review the available activity's destination, stated action, minimum conditions, and reward before claiming it. Do not continue if the destination requests private credentials, misleading endorsements, prohibited activity, or an unexpected charge. You may report an unsafe or materially inaccurate task rather than complete it. An advertiser cannot require you to accept unrelated tracking, supply unnecessary sensitive information, or make a purchase simply to obtain a visit-based reward unless a distinct lawful offer clearly requires that action and the platform actually supports its verification. The availability of a task is not a guarantee about an independent destination's honesty or security.
5. Claims, sessions, and timing
The service can issue a task-specific session and an expiration time when an eligible member claims an activity. Follow the stated process and submit completion through supported controls. A claim can become unavailable or expire if its conditions are not met within the relevant period. The system may limit repeated participation in the same activity to prevent duplicate rewards. Leaving a timer running or returning to a tab does not alone prove attention, an external follow, a video view, a purchase, or another offsite result. Do not interpret the existence of a completion button as permission to report an action that did not occur.
6. Verification and pending amounts
A completion request can be subject to checks of the account, claimed session, elapsed time, task state, earlier participation, and available evidence. Some activities or external outcomes cannot be independently verified by the current service and must not be represented as guaranteed results. A pending amount indicates that the reward has not yet become fully usable under the relevant process. It is not a completed payment, an immediately withdrawable balance, or an unconditional debt owed in money. Beewip may request proportionate clarification or apply a temporary review when reliable information indicates duplication, interference, or a material discrepancy.
7. Credit categories and permitted use
The account ledger can distinguish promotional, purchased, earned, available, reserved, and pending amounts. Those categories support accurate accounting and can affect which actions are possible. Eligible earned or promotional credits may be used for the Beewip advertising functions that accept them, subject to campaign review and current service rules. They are not a general-purpose payment instrument and cannot be used to purchase goods from unrelated businesses through the ordinary wallet. The current credit wallet does not provide cash withdrawals. A balance shown on a dashboard does not become cash merely because an account holder asks to redeem it or describes it as earnings.
8. No employment or guaranteed income
Using the platform does not, by itself, establish employment, a salary, an agency appointment, or a promise of paid work. Beewip does not guarantee an hourly return, a continuous supply of tasks, a resale market for credits, or recovery of the value of your time through cash. You decide whether participation is useful to you for permitted promotional purposes. This statement does not waive a legal status or protection that applicable law independently establishes from the actual facts. Do not market Beewip membership to others as a guaranteed income opportunity or charge them for access to a promised cash-out mechanism that the platform does not provide.
9. Automation, self-dealing, and abuse
Do not use bots, scripted browsers, automated completion requests, fabricated events, or manipulated timing to obtain credits. Do not arrange reciprocal fake claims, control both sides of an activity to manufacture rewards, or use multiple identities to avoid participation restrictions. Attempts to reuse another account's task session, alter a server-issued token, report completion after a prohibited state change, or interfere with another member's session are prohibited. Tools used for accessibility are not automatically abusive, but they must not misrepresent completion or bypass substantive task requirements. Contact support if an accessibility need conflicts with an available activity.
10. Rejections and evidence-based corrections
If an activity is ineligible, duplicated, expired, or not completed under its conditions, a reward may be withheld or rejected. A credible error in previously credited activity may require a documented adjustment. Beewip should connect the adjustment to the underlying task or incident and maintain an accounting record rather than silently label a promotional correction as a new purchase. Good-faith reports and ordinary mistakes do not justify arbitrary confiscation of unrelated valid credits. Material restrictions should be proportionate to the issue, and a user may contact support with relevant nonsecret evidence if the outcome appears inconsistent with the stated rules.
11. Availability, reservations, and service changes
Credits can be reserved when committed to an eligible campaign or action, making that portion unavailable for another use until the commitment is completed or properly released. Suspending a campaign does not automatically prove every related reward was invalid, and a rejected claim does not automatically entitle an advertiser to a cash refund. Changes to future promotions or participation conditions may be made prospectively with appropriate notice. Beewip should not retroactively invent an expiration date for valid credits or represent a future offer as already earned. Legal obligations, substantiated abuse, and evidence-based corrections remain distinct from ordinary changes to marketing offers.
12. Privacy and safe participation
Campaign destinations are independently operated and can receive information from your browser when visited. Review the destination's notices and do not provide private information merely because a task was listed on Beewip. The platform's handling of account and task records is described in the Privacy Policy, while authentication storage is explained in the Cookie Policy. Advertisers are not entitled to receive your password, authentication token, or private account communications. Report suspicious instructions through the contact form and include the task identifier and a description without copying secret session values.
13. Review requests and account closure
For a missing reward or disputed adjustment, identify the task, date, expected allocation, actual ledger entry, and the condition you believe was satisfied. Support may examine relevant platform records and request additional proportionate evidence. A screenshot is useful context but does not necessarily establish that an independent provider confirmed an action. You may stop participating or request account closure. Closure does not convert credits into money or eliminate records retained for a legitimate accounting, security, or legal purpose. Refunds of actual paid orders are considered separately under the Refund Policy, not as a redemption route for promotional rewards.
14. Governing terms and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, subject to rights that cannot be waived. The general contract, responsibility, and dispute provisions of the Terms of Service continue to apply. A material update will be published with a new version and appropriate notice. A later description of a reward program does not prove that an earlier unverified task was completed or that a cash payment was promised. Use the contact form to seek clarification before participating when an instruction appears inconsistent with these terms or the service actually available.
