Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and operator
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how requests involving actual payments for Beewip plans or credits are reviewed. Beewip operates beewip.com from Puerto Rico. The policy supplements the Billing Terms, Terms of Service, and any mandatory rights applicable to a transaction. It distinguishes a refund of money, cancellation of future recurring charges, release of an unused campaign reservation, and correction of an internal credit entry. These outcomes are not interchangeable. A promotional credit allocation is not a payment to Beewip and does not become refundable money merely because it appears in a wallet.
2. Rights that remain protected
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, cancellation right, unauthorized-payment remedy, or other protection that applicable law requires. Provider dispute procedures and statutory rights remain available even when a voluntary refund request does not meet our ordinary review criteria. We will not require you to make a false statement, surrender a nonwaivable right, or accept unrelated marketing as a condition of considering a request. Where a mandatory rule provides a different period or outcome, that rule prevails to the relevant extent. References to review criteria explain the ordinary process and are not a claim that every payment is nonrefundable.
3. How to submit a request
Use the contact form and clearly state whether you seek a refund, cancellation, correction, or investigation of an unauthorized charge. Include the account email, order reference, provider transaction reference if available, payment date, amount, and a concise explanation. Provide only information reasonably needed to locate the transaction. Do not send a password, authentication token, complete card number, bank login, or unrelated identity documents. Keep the support ticket reference and any relevant provider receipt. A request should identify the transaction rather than simply ask for all balances shown on an account to be paid out.
4. Timing of voluntary requests
For a voluntary change-of-mind request concerning unused purchased credits or a service not yet materially used, contact Beewip within fourteen calendar days of the confirmed purchase whenever possible. This is a request window for ordinary voluntary review, not an unconditional promise that every such request will be approved. It does not reduce a longer period or different entitlement supplied by applicable law, a provider's protected process, or an established delivery failure. Report duplicate charges, unauthorized activity, and missing paid benefits promptly after discovery so that we can investigate while relevant records are readily available.
5. Unused purchased credits
We review the confirmed order, purchased allocation, ledger, campaign reservations, and actual use when assessing a request for unused purchased credits. Eligibility depends on whether the relevant purchased allocation remains unused and can be properly reconciled with the proposed refund. Credits already consumed in valid delivered activity are ordinarily not treated as unused merely because the campaign did not generate sales. Purchased and promotional amounts must not be combined to manufacture a refundable balance. Where a remedy is appropriate, the adjustment should reduce the relevant entitlement through a traceable record and use a supported payment-provider process rather than change a dashboard status without an actual refund.
6. Plans and subscription periods
Canceling a subscription ordinarily stops future renewals according to the effective cancellation date; it is not itself a refund of a completed paid period. A request for an unused or materially undelivered period is assessed against the transaction terms, actual access or benefits provided, relevant service failures, and applicable law. A prorated refund is not automatically promised for every early departure unless it was expressly offered or is legally required. If you believe the paid plan was materially different from the authorized offer, describe the specific difference and affected period so that we can evaluate the actual entitlement instead of assuming that account access alone resolves the complaint.
7. Non-delivery and material service problems
If a payment was confirmed but the paid entitlement was not provided, contact support with the relevant references. We may investigate provider confirmation, fulfillment records, account status, and the scope of any service interruption. Depending on the facts and applicable rights, a reasonable remedy can involve completing the promised entitlement, correcting the ledger, replacing affected eligible activity, or refunding an appropriate amount. A confirmed failure must not be dismissed solely because a browser returned to Beewip or an administrator marked a status as successful. Likewise, a pending confirmation should not be mistaken for a completed payment that has already been refunded.
8. Campaign performance and expectations
Beewip promotional activity does not guarantee sales, profits, search-engine rankings, followers, purchases, installs, or acceptance by an external advertising network. Dissatisfaction with an outcome that was not promised is different from failure to provide the service actually purchased. Campaign review should consider the Advertiser Terms and Traffic Quality Policy, including the limits of visit measurement and the incentivized nature of participation. Where credible evidence establishes invalid activity or an accounting error, the applicable remedy should reflect that evidence. This distinction does not authorize misleading advertising or prevent a remedy for a material misrepresentation.
9. Promotional and earned allocations
Welcome credits, task rewards, loyalty grants, and other no-payment allocations do not have a cash purchase price merely because the account also contains purchased credits. They are not redeemable through a refund request and do not establish wages, a bank balance, or a cash-out entitlement. A missing promotional grant or disputed task reward should instead be reviewed under the Rewards Terms. If a promotional benefit formed a material part of a paid offer, we will evaluate the actual paid transaction and applicable rights rather than assume that calling a benefit promotional eliminates responsibility for the promised offer.
10. Unauthorized and duplicate charges
Report a suspected unauthorized or duplicate charge promptly and protect the affected account and payment method. You may need to contact your payment provider directly to secure the method or use its dispute process. Beewip may compare provider references, amounts, order status, and the underlying entitlement to determine whether the same event was recorded twice or funds were actually captured more than once. A repeated notification is not necessarily a duplicate charge. We will not require a user to withdraw a good-faith protected dispute as a blanket condition of investigation, although we may coordinate processes to avoid an accidental double reimbursement.
11. Payment processing and refund status
When an approved refund is supported, it should normally be returned through the original provider and payment route where available. Provider rules, settlement timing, method restrictions, currency conversion, or a closed payment account can affect processing. We do not guarantee the date a bank will post funds. A local refund request, queued operation, or pending provider status must not be described as a completed refund before the provider confirms the relevant result. Any lawful deduction or nonrefundable provider cost must have a valid basis and cannot override a mandatory right to receive a particular refund amount.
12. Cancellations, reservations, and account closure
Use the supported subscription cancellation control or submit an express request through the contact form when that control is unavailable. Retain confirmation of the requested and effective dates. Pausing a campaign may release an eligible unused reservation under campaign rules, but a released reservation remains an internal credit adjustment unless a separate monetary refund is authorized. Signing out, clearing storage, or asking to close an account does not automatically stop an independent recurring payment. We will address a clearly stated cancellation request according to its substance and applicable law rather than treat a temporary technical problem as permission for indefinite renewal.
13. Review, communication, and appeal
We may request proportionate additional information and communicate an outcome through available account or support channels. Review should consider the transaction facts, published offer, evidence of use or non-delivery, provider status, and mandatory protections. A request may be declined with an appropriate explanation where the facts do not support the remedy sought. You may seek reconsideration by supplying relevant new information or identifying a specific error. Restrictions intended to prevent duplicate use of disputed credits should remain proportionate. Filing a good-faith complaint is not by itself a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
14. Governing law and updates
The operator's governing framework is the law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, subject to nonwaivable protections that apply to the user or transaction. This policy does not promise a result that a payment provider cannot lawfully process, nor does it excuse Beewip from providing another remedy required by law. Material changes will be published as a new version with appropriate notice. They do not retroactively change the facts of a completed purchase, erase an earlier request, or convert a promotional balance into purchased money.
